1. Introduction

Welcome to MB Organics! These Terms & Conditions govern all transactions, agreements, and interactions between MB Organics ("we," "our," or "us") and its clients ("you," "customer," or "buyer"). By placing an order with MB Organics, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms.


2. Orders & Order Processing

2.1 Order Confirmation

  • All orders must be confirmed in writing via a Proforma Invoice (PI) before processing.
  • Orders will only be processed after receipt of advance payment as per the agreed payment terms.
  • A Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) may apply depending on the product and market conditions.

2.2 Customization & Special Requests

  • We offer customized packaging, private labeling, and bulk orders based on customer requests.
  • Any customization request must be finalized before order confirmation.
  • Custom orders may require additional processing time and costs.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

3.1 Pricing Policy

  • All product prices are subject to change based on market fluctuations.
  • Prices can be locked for up to 3 days after the issuance of a Proforma Invoice (PI). After that, prices may change without prior notice.
  • Bulk order discounts may be available, depending on quantity and product type.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment options:

Bank Transfer (T/T – Telegraphic Transfer)

Letter of Credit (L/C – For Large Orders)

Western Union & MoneyGram (For Small Orders)

Escrow Services (On Request, with applicable fees)

  • Payment must be cleared before shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Any bank fees, transaction charges, or foreign exchange fluctuations will be the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Shipping Methods

We offer global shipping through:

By Air (Cargo & Express Services) – Fastest option for urgent shipments.

By Sea (FCL & LCL Shipments) – Cost-effective for bulk shipments.

4.2 Delivery Timeframes

  • Air Freight: 7-15 business days.
  • Sea Freight: 20-45 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance).
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to external factors.

4.3 Shipping Costs & Responsibility

  • Shipping costs are charged separately from product prices.
  • Once the goods leave our facility, the buyer assumes full responsibility for any transit-related issues unless covered by insurance.
  • Clients can request shipment insurance, which will be billed separately.

5. Cancellations, Refunds & Claims

5.1 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before shipment.
  • Once goods have been shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
  • Custom orders and specially manufactured products cannot be canceled after production has started.

5.2 Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of agricultural and organic products, returns are not accepted unless the goods are damaged upon arrival.
  • Refunds will be issued only in exceptional cases and are subject to review.

5.3 Claims for Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Valid claims will be processed for replacement or partial refund, subject to verification.

6. Quality Control & Inspection

6.1 Product Quality Assurance

  • All our products undergo strict quality control to meet international standards.
  • Clients may request a third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, etc.) at their own expense.

6.2 Product Samples

  • Samples are available upon request.
  • The buyer will bear the cost of sample shipping and handling.
  • Sample costs may be adjustable against bulk orders.

7. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Delays

MB Organics is not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms).
  • Political instability, war, or government restrictions.
  • Labor strikes, pandemics, or disruptions in the supply chain.
  • Unforeseen customs clearance delays.

We will notify clients immediately in case of any such disruption and will work towards the best possible resolution.


8. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • All business transactions and client information are kept strictly confidential.
  • We do not disclose any customer details except when required for shipping, customs, or compliance.
  • Payment and banking details are secured and not shared with third parties.

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

9.1 Jurisdiction & Legal Compliance

  • All transactions and agreements will be governed by the laws of Pakistan.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Pakistan unless mutually agreed otherwise.

9.2 Dispute Resolution Process

  • Any dispute must first be addressed through mutual discussion.
  • If unresolved, both parties may proceed with mediation or legal arbitration.

10. Policy Updates & Amendments
