2. Order Processing & Customization

2.1 Order Confirmation

  • Orders are processed only after written confirmation via a Proforma Invoice (PI).
  • A Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) may apply, depending on the product and client requirements.

2.2 Custom Packaging & Labeling

  • We offer customized packaging and private labeling as per client specifications.
  • All labels and packaging comply with international food safety and export standards.
  • Clients must specify their packaging and labeling needs at the time of order placement.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 Shipping Methods

We offer global shipping via:

By Air (Cargo & Express Services) – Suitable for urgent and perishable orders.

By Sea (FCL & LCL Shipments) – Cost-effective for bulk shipments.

3.2 Delivery Time

  • Air Freight: 7-15 business days.
  • Sea Freight: 20-45 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance).

3.3 Shipping Costs & Insurance

  • Shipping costs are separate from product pricing and depend on order size, shipping method, and destination.
  • MB Organics offers insurance coverage for shipments upon client request (additional charges apply).
  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure events.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing Policy

  • Prices are subject to daily market fluctuations, especially in wholesale trading.
  • We strive to fix prices for up to 3 days, but beyond that, rates may change.
  • Final prices will be confirmed before issuing a Proforma Invoice.

4.2 Payment Methods

Bank Transfer (T/T – Telegraphic Transfer)

  • Payments must be cleared before shipment, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Any bank charges or transaction fees are to be borne by the buyer.

5. Samples & Quality Assurance

5.1 Sample Requests

  • We provide product samples upon request.
  • Clients must bear shipping and handling costs for samples.
  • Sample costs may be adjustable against bulk orders.

5.2 Quality Control & Inspection

  • All products undergo strict quality control before shipment.
  • Clients can request third-party inspections (SGS, Bureau Veritas, etc.), but the cost will be borne by the buyer.

6. Order Delays & Force Majeure

  • In cases of natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, labor strikes, or government-imposed restrictions, delays may occur.
  • MB Organics will communicate any expected delays as soon as possible.
  • Clients should plan their orders in advance to accommodate unexpected disruptions.

  • We do not share client details with third parties, except for logistics and compliance purposes.
